What we’re looking for
We are active looking for Sales Advisors for our direct sales team. Sales advisors are responsible for guiding our B2C students to decide to change their professional life and take it to the next level. We are searching for people with direct customer business experience, who humanize the shopping experience at Platzi; eloquent, empathetic people with a high sense of follow-through.
What you’ll be doing
Create commercial opportunities with our students, by delivering product benefits, through the persuasion and handling of objections for a commercial closing and confirmation of the purchase,
Providing the student with complete confidence and peace of mind with their investment and how to take advantage of it
Exceed monthly sales targets, generating new and better business strategies and monitoring.
Participate in strategic conversations, always proposing based on Data and Insights without falling into ambiguous proposals, but rather specific action plans, to improve team results.
Generate student follow-up through the different communication channels, agreed payment commitments and activation of new students.
Maintain the traceability of the information in our CRM, allowing the clarity and veracity of the same around the results.
Who you are
Minimum commercial experience of 3 years, in areas of direct sales, customer retention and cross-selling with multichannel communications.
Experience in cold sales, preferably with a consultative approach.
Orientation to the achievement of objectives, supported by the over-compliance of monthly indicators.
Knowledge, understanding, and application of different sales techniques, both in handling objections and in business closings.
Cultivate relationships with potential clients and students through an effective, assertive service and where the service attitude stands out.
Experience in the use of digital tools (CRM, progressive and predictive dialers, omnichannel tools) for project management and ticket tracking, as well as curiosity about technology.
Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as different social skills that facilitate negotiation processes such as persuasion, empathy, active listening and other socioemotional skills.
Critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
Indispensable knowledge in English: intermediate conversational level - B1 or higher.
