What we’re looking for

At Platzi Business Enterprise we look for resilient, competitive, creative, nimble, and commercially minded team players with the experience and deep-rooted love of closing large enterprise deals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our relationships with key enterprise clients. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will interact with high-level profiles, drive customer success, secure renewals, and identify opportunities for upselling. Your exceptional relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and ability to deliver results will be crucial in achieving our business objectives.

What you’ll be doing

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Understand the clients' business goals, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and drive customer success.
Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations to track client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and ensure high levels of customer retention.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of account strategies.
Identify and pursue upselling opportunities within existing accounts, maximizing revenue potential.
Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and meet or exceed sales goals.
Negotiate contract renewals and manage the contract renewal process, working closely with the legal and finance teams.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to high-level executives and stakeholders.

Who you are

5+ years of proven experience as Key Account Manager for SaaS products or similar roles.
Proven track record of successfully managing large enterprise accounts and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of customer success strategies and experience driving customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence high-level profiles.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify upselling opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
English level: B1 or above.
