What we’re looking for

At Platzi Business Enterprise we look for resilient, competitive, creative, nimble, and commercially minded team players with the experience and deep-rooted love of closing large enterprise deals. This senior level SDR must have strong consultative sales skills, be comfortable presenting at senior levels of an organization and advance deals towards closure as both, an individual and as part of a team.

What you’ll be doing

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Identify, qualify, and develop prospects based on their potential business needs using your own strategic approach.
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Executives.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
Attend and participate in sales pitch, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
Meet and exceed quota targets related to the number of qualified opportunities generated.
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
Engage with top executives to represent Platzi in high-level discussions.

Who you are

3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
Track record of achieving sales quotas.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Hubspot).
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Good time-management skills.
Strong self-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage your own workload and priorities.
Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently to achieve goals.
English level: B1 or above.
