What we’re looking for

At Platzi Business Enterprise we look for resilient, competitive, creative, nimble, and commercially minded team players with the experience and deep-rooted love of closing large enterprise deals. This junior level BDR must have strong consultative sales skills, be comfortable presenting at senior levels of an organization and advance deals towards closure as both, an individual and as part of a team.

What you’ll be doing

Prospecting and Networking:
Develop and execute prospecting strategies to identify potential customers within the target market.
Build relationships with key decision-makers through online (calls) and offline networking (industry events, conferences, etc.).
Utilize business intelligence tools to identify and qualify leads.
Lead Qualification:
Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads and understand their needs and challenges.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our SaaS product and its benefits.
Develop trust and educate potential customers on how our solution can address their needs.
Growth Contribution:
Continuously analyze and optimize lead generation strategies to maximize efficiency and performance.
Follow sales best practices and contribute to improving the sales development process.
Collaborate with marketing and other teams to generate lead capture campaigns and materials.

Who you are

1 year of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, Inside Sales Representative, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot).
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Good time-management skills.
Strong self-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage your own workload and priorities.
Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently to achieve goals.
English level: B2 or above.
Plus: Ability to thrive in a lighting-fast and startup environment.
