Summary

We are looking for a B2B Success Manager to join our dynamic Business team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in empowering our corporate clients to achieve impactful learning outcomes. From onboarding to sustained engagement, you’ll lead strategic initiatives that ensure employees adopt and benefit from the Platzi platform. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive product usage, engagement, and long-term value—turning learning into a catalyst for growth and transformation within organizations.


Description

  • Own the onboarding process for new business clients: train admins on using the Platzi dashboard and guide employees through their first steps on the platform.
  • Drive activation success by ensuring users engage meaningfully with the platform during their first weeks.
  • Design and implement engagement plans that guide customer learning journeys and foster long-term platform adoption.
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies that drive product adoption and maximize customer value.
  • Identify internal champions within customer organizations and collaborate with them to amplify success stories and create impactful case studies.
  • Proactively monitor and report on account health, usage metrics, potential churn risks, tracking success KPIs and regularly reporting on customer outcomes to leadership.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Content teams to advocate for customer needs and surface product feedback.
  • Deliver business reviews and strategic check-ins to reinforce value and identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with renewals and account management to ensure retention and upsell.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success B2B, Implementation, Learning & Development, or related client-facing roles in tech, education, SaaS, or startup environments.
  • Proven experience driving user engagement and adoption through structured onboarding and long-term success plans.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple accounts and deliver strategic guidance.
  • Experience analyzing usage data to define success KPIs and generate actionable insights.
  • Comfortable leading trainings, delivering business reviews, and facilitating check-ins with client stakeholders.
  • Adept at identifying customer needs and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Content, and Sales teams to amplify value.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and analytics tools to track success metrics and monitor account health.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, capable of managing client relationships and communications in both languages.
  • Passionate about education, continuous learning, and helping others grow through knowledge.
