Garantizar la correcta Operación en la ciudad de Medellin entre rappitenderos - Aliados - Usuarios

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Funciones

- Traer nuevos repartidores a la operación de acuerdo a la capacidad de demanda.
- Garantizar que la operación se lleve eficientemente haciendo un adecuado análisis y medición del % de canceladas, tiempos de entrega, Defect Rate, Gmv Lost, acceptance, bad orders.
- Estrategias para realizar alianzas para beneficios de los Rappitenderos.
- Dominio en cada una de las situaciones que pueden surgir en la operación: Paros, lluvia, toques de queda, etc.
- Entendimiento de las palancas o acciones que pueden impactar negativamente en la experiencia de Rappitenderos y Usuarios para su debido escalamiento con las personas responsable
- Seguimiento de la operación Live.

Requisitos

- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en logística.
- Experiencia en manejo de equipos
- Disponibilidad de tiempo
- Manejo de office, Excel intermedio - avanzado.
- Debe vivir en Medellín

- Conocimiento en SQL

- Ingles intermedio - avanzado .
