The Service Desk Agent belongs to a specialized squad that supports the operation in back office activities through a ticketing system. The role is responsible for solving all tickets/requests, following the defined process for each workflow, comply with the agreed service level agreement and answer for additional requests made by the cell Leader.As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
Respond to tickets/requests in a timely and efficient manner
Follow established processes and procedures for each workflow
Ensure that all requests are completed within the agreed service level agreement
Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Respond to additional requests made by the cell leader
Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?
- Minimum work experience of 6 months in a call center with focus in customer service
- Ability to analyze and search for information
- Ease of communication
- Capacity for teamwork
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of IT support and customer service principles
- Familiarity with ticket management systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Basic knowledge of SQL(queries) - desired
