Únete como Key Account Manager dentro de la app más grande de delivery en Latinoamérica. La vertical de Restaurantes, está buscando a un experto en desarrollo y gestión de cuentas, capaz de reunir y administrar grandes cantidades de información para la toma de decisiones estratégicas, además de identificar oportunidades y buscar cuáles son las últimas tendencias en el mercado para mejorar la relación cliente-empresa y cumplir con los objetivos comerciales de la misma.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Funciones:

• Gestión de información.

• Diseño de planes estratégicos.

• Mantener la visión de la compañía.

• Fomentar y mantener relaciones creando nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento.

• Observar el comportamiento de ventas para identificar fortalezas, debilidades y oportunidades de mejora.

Requisitos indispensables:

• Licenciado en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Negocios o afín.

• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en ventas, de preferencia digitales.

• Excelente habilidad de comunicación escrita y verbal.

• Paquetería Microsoft Office - nivel intermedio.

• Inglés - nivel intermedio.

Requisitos deseables:

• Conocimiento y manejo de sistemas CRM.

• Alta adaptabilidad al cambio y capacidad de ejecución rápida.

• Pensamiento analítico y perspectiva estratégica.

• Resolución de problemas.

• Proactividad y Autogestión.
