Business Insight Analyst

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Garantizar que los diferentes stakeholders logren tener visibilidad de la información que les permita: entender, analizar, y tomar decisiones relacionadas a los objetivos de la compañía.

• Herramientas de visualización de datos (Power BI).

• Seguimientos periódicos (WBR por país, WBR A.M.).

• Análisis de correlación de variables que afecten el output de objetivos.

• Generar el proceso de compensación de los Hunters, Sales Leads y Sales Managers.

• Transformar e interpretar los datos a todos los stakeholders brindándoles información, insights y recomendaciones que les permitan impulsar el negocio.

• Apoyar a los diferentes stakeholders en la toma de decisiones desde el entendimiento de los datos y su contexto.

• Conocimientos en SQL, Power BI, Snowflake y excel avanzado.

• Habilidades escritura y habla para presentar los resultados.
