  Key Responsibilities
  

• Help sharpen the Retail strategy for chile

• Help define the quarterly and monthly plans

• Help track performance / OKRs vs targets (WBRs, MBRs etc)

• Help define and drive gap-closing initiatives

• Track UE for Retail in Pacifico, help define initiatives and lead the follow-up for agile execution

• Management reporting of performance and progress of key initiatives

• Perform deep analysis of performance
