We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and proactive Planning & Intelligence Analyst! You’ll need to be a quick thinker, have a strategic and creative mind and the necessary leadership skills to build a strong team.

You will be part of our Assortment Intelligence Team, where you will be in charge of helping the Global team build the processes to manage the acquisition and/or improvement operation in Latam.

What you’ll do

  • Support data analysis of strategic initiatives and special projects related to the existing business, new products and expansion markets.

  • Find facts and uncover insights about the operation and our relationship with merchants across verticals to boost efficiency and effectiveness for country teams.

  • Develop scalable analytical frameworks and dashboards to support and to monitor performance of the company in its expansion and growth.

What we’re looking for:

  • Passion for a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment, helping the company's growth.

  • Ability to automate processes

  • Highly analytical and adaptive mindsets, with proven background as problem-solver.

  • Process driven and strong abilities to build them from scratch.

  • Conversational english (B2).

  • Exceptional skills in Excel.

  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL (will be assessed).

  • Ability with data preparation and visualization tools (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI or similar) relational, transactional and partition based data models (will be assessed).

  • Knowledge in financial analysis

  • Knowledge in Qgis is a plus.
