The Program Manager is a core member of Rappi’s Customer Experience organization. This team proactively engages with business stakeholders across the company to leverage the voice of the customer, drive continuous improvement and launch new features and automations across multiple teams. A successful candidate will have experience managing complex business challenges and drive large cross-functional initiatives forward. They will have a strong bias toward data driven decision-making process, and ability to learn and understand how metrics relate to our business needs and opportunities.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, executing, and delivering best project manager practices for existing and non-existing projects.
  • Partnering with your manager and cross-functional teams to support multiple projects that involved strong and close relationships with Product, Fulfillment, Technology, Customer Service Operations, Work Force Management, Training, and other stakeholders that involved Riders, Users, and Partners verticals.
  • Making connections and deeply understand our business priorities, workflows, tools, among other main resources to get the job done.
  • Driving productive conversations and help your customer and the team to reach consensus.
  • Understanding technologies, automations, and any project implementation at high level, enough to build process improvement and solution discussions with multiple stakeholders.
  • Running effective meetings and deliver information with accuracy.
  • Articulating scope, timeline, owners, risk, mitigations, and drive resolution of problems.
  • Building strong relationships and earning trust with your peers, leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowing: what success looks like and work hard to achieve it.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

  • Bachelor’s degree on Business Administration, Engineering, and other related fields.
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience working with cross functional teams defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • 3+ of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to multiple stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvement, project management, roadmaps and Gantt.
  • Fluent English, writing and speaking (B2).
  • Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
  • Leadership, communication, problem solving and dealing with ambiguity is highly valued.
  • Proficiency on MS Office, Jira, Slack, Google Sheets.
