As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

¿Qué desafíos te esperan como Picker?

• Aceptar las órdenes que ingresen por el aplicativo, realizar el picking del pedido, realizar el packing y entregar al motorizado.
• Estar pendiente de todas las órdenes que se generen durante su turno para ser atendidas bajo el flujo operativo.
• Cumplir la rutina diaria de trabajo.
• Cumplir con los horarios asignados para garantizar la operación de la Dark Store.
• Alinearse con los objetivos y resultados de la Dark Store.
• Cumplir con los entrenamientos programados
• Interesarse por el conocimiento de nuevos procesos, reglas, y planes de incentivos.
• Comunicar los ausentismos y retardos de manera anticipada a su Store Lead.
• Garantizar orden diario y mantenimiento del Lay Out de tienda.
• Garantizar conteos cíclicos diarios asignados asegurando conteo general de tienda.
• Garantizar el saneo y rotación de frutas y verduras 3 veces al día con su respectivo bloqueo en el sistema.
• Garantizar una correcta recepción de mercancía (Recibo, verificación de calidades, ingreso al sistema).
• Garantizar disponibilidad de productos en la App de usuarios.
• Garantizar y velar por el cuidado de la mercancía, buena rotación de productos (FIFO)/Mermas).
• Otras funciones adicionales que van de la mano.

• Saber trabajar en equipo, comunicarse efectivamente y tener responsabilidad.
