Acquisition Specialist – Display & Paid SocialMission

As a Display & Paid Social Acquisition Specialist, you will own the strategy and execution of high-impact acquisition campaigns across display channels (Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, X, Programmatic). You will be instrumental in building scalable marketing engines that drive measurable business value across the region.
As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
Key Outcomes
Acquire [X] new users at or below [target CAC] via display and push channels (Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, GDN).
Deliver [XYZ,000] new users monthly through Display/Social campaigns, maintaining CAC below [$value].
Scale display remarketing to at least [ABC]% of spend by improving campaign structure and audience strategy.
Run conversion lift studies to evaluate acquisition and engagement impact across UAC and programmatic partners.
Key Responsibilities
Strategically allocate and manage multi-market budgets to maximize ROI across Display and Paid Social platforms.
Optimize acquisition campaigns for efficiency, retention, and LTV across Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic.
Design and execute A/B tests, geo-experiments, and incrementality tests to improve performance and measurement.
Report on campaign performance, drawing actionable insights aligned with core business goals (CAC, GMV, retention).
Build strong relationships with media partners (e.g., Google, Meta) to stay ahead of product updates and alpha/beta opportunities.
Evaluate creatives and collaborate with brand teams to implement high-performing ad formats and messaging.
Regularly analyze cohort performance, retention trends, and diminishing return curves to guide optimization strategies.
Monitor market-level performance weekly and take proactive steps to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Required Skills
2+ years of experience in performance marketing, managing large-scale user acquisition campaigns.
Deep expertise in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and Display (Google UAC, Programmatic) platforms.
1+ year experience managing app install campaigns and app-focused performance strategies.
Proven ability to manage six to seven-digit budgets across multiple geographies.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, tech, brand, sales, and external media partners.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Desirable Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proficient in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
Familiarity with data analysis tools is a strong plus.
