Define and execute marketing strategy to maximize active users through customer acquisition, retention and reducing churn.

Aligning marketing calendar with commercial strategy throughout

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Rappi’s verticals: Restaurants, Turbo Stores, Retail, Supermarkets, Pharma & others.

  • Reviewing marketing efficiency both for paid and organic CRM actions to maximize sales growth and profit.

  • Maximize return from marketing burn.

  • Coordinate inapp and out of app marketing activations with all marketing and commercial teams: trade, CRM, advertising, partnerships and PR team.

  • Generate insights about user cohorts to leverage for growth.

  • Leverage free channels for growth.

  • Ensure Rappi Chile value proposal is correctly communicated throughout all marketing channels.

  • Propose deals and promotional activity to commercial teams to drive deal generation.

  • Drive user repurchase, order frequency and basket value.

  • Bring local knowledge to regional campaigns to ensure local execution aligns with Chile’s seasonality and customer unique needs.

  • Plan and execute consumer calendar and budget with SP&A, Chile General Manager and Regional Marketing Manager throughout the year, quarter and every week.

  • Provide guidance and promote enhancements in the RT acquisition process to ensure maximum efficiency.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

  • Main KPIs:

    • MAUs

    • Orders

    • GMV

    • Turbo user penetration

    • % Multiverticality

    • EBITDA

  • Required experience and skillset

    • At least 6 years of experience in marketing and/or growth roles.

    • Analytical capabilities

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

    • Strong presentation skills to pitch ideas to internal and external stakeholders

    • Experience in developing and managing marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending.

    • Advance English written and verbal communication

    • Desirable branding experience
