Cargo is Rappi’s innovative B2B logistics-as-a-service (LaaS) solution, specializing in the "last-mile as a service" market. Currently, Cargo operates with a medium-sized basket of retailers and a mature product. Our ambition is to establish leadership in the Latam market by developing a top-tier solution and securing contracts with leading players in various sectors such as Restaurants, Pharmacies, Supermarkets, Convenience Stores, Liquors, Pets, among others.We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy CPGs Lead for Spanish Speaking Latam to join our Cargo team. The ideal candidate will bring commercial experience and a passion for technology. The primary focus of this role is to create, maintain, and enhance partnerships with restaurants through our Cargo solution.
As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
Main Responsibilities
Develop new commercial partnerships with key players in the CPGs market, fostering relationships to drive growth within acquired accounts.
Deliver compelling commercial proposals aligned with top-line targets, including profitability, minimum invoicing, and payment terms, among others.
Maintain and cultivate healthy relationships with existing accounts, aiming to generate growth within the Cargo Service.
Understand each partner’s delivery operation to identify issues and execute successful strategies for improving quality and driving growth.
Execute go-to-market strategies, leveraging local sales teams in every country.
Become an expert in the LaaS category, understanding the competitive landscape, market opportunities, and industry requirements for Restaurants.

Key Requirements
2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in sales roles within tech companies.
Proven track record in quota-carrying roles, consistently achieving sales targets.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, economics, or engineering.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to foster healthy customer relationships and influence outcomes in product implementation.
Entrepreneurial, proactive, open-minded, and productive with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude.
