Buscamos un(a) Data Analyst con mentalidad analítica, curiosidad constante y pasión por construir herramientas que tengan impacto real en el negocio. Esta persona será clave en el equipo Comercial, diseñando y manteniendo dashboards, automatizaciones y modelos que faciliten decisiones estratégicas en nuestros equipos comerciales.

No se trata solo de reportar datos: buscamos a alguien que quiera resolver problemas complejos, transformar datos en acciones claras, y crecer en un entorno de tecnología, AI y negocio. Trabajarás con equipos multidisciplinarios, en un ambiente ágil, de aprendizaje continuo, y enfocado en resultados.

• Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas, Economía, Estadística, Matemáticas, o afines.

• 1 a 2 años de experiencia en roles similares de análisis de datos, preferiblemente en entornos digitales o e-commerce.

• Power BI: nivel medio-avanzado.

• SQL o BigQuery: nivel medio-avanzado.

• Microsoft Excel y PowerPoint: nivel medio-avanzado.

Requerimientos deseados

• Inglés B2

• Python: nivel medio.

• Conocimiento básico del funcionamiento de modelos comerciales en food delivery o marketplaces
