(iii) Análisis legal (regulatorio) de diferentes escenarios del día a día de la compañía.
(iv) Elaboración de soluciones legales creativas a diferentes escenarios novedosos en los que se desenvuelve la compañía.
(v) Gestión coporativa de las sociedades en MX.
(vii) Acompañamiento en la estrategia legal definida por la legal manager de MX
