Supervisar y garantizar la correcta operación del hub, buena atención y solución a los casos de Rappitenderos.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Garantizar la operación de la ciudad (revisión de clima, cancelaciones, fraudes, soporte)
• Garantizar atención efectiva a los RTs
• Efectuar informes y cumplir con indicadores
• Apoyo en tareas administrativas
• Encargado de devoluciones, manejo de proveedores y relación con comerciales
• Manejo de personal
• Administración y reporte de novedades del hub de atención

• Tecnico/Tecnologo con experiencia administrativa y servicio al cliente
• Horario domingo a domingo con 1 de descanso
• Experiencia liderando equipos minina de un año medio
• Conocimiento nivel medio en office
