Rappi is looking for an Ops Specialist to work with a focus on data, execution, and local impact in logistics operations. This person will be responsible for improving KPIs, implementing strategic projects, testing new business models, and managing stakeholders. The role requires proficiency in Excel, SQL, advanced English, and strong analytical skills.
As an Ops Specialist, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities—shall we check them out?

Technology & Operations: You’ll use data to make smart decisions and will be responsible for executing strategies that delight couriers, users, and merchants with Rappi’s service.

• Make data-driven decisions to improve key KPIs and operational performance.
• Design and execute strategic projects, applying best practices across cities.
• Solve local challenges through testing, data analysis, and creative solutions.
• Align with internal teams (Commercial, Central Ops, Growth) to drive results.
• Own financial performance (P&L) and lead pilots of new business models.
• Build strong relationships with couriers and partners through engagement and regular visits.
• Ensure operational excellence in routines and service quality across locations.
