As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Administrar al personal, altas y bajas, pago de AFP y Sunat, controlar HE y vacaciones.
Descripción de puesto
Las funciones generales serán las siguientes:

- Realizar el cálculo de remuneraciones y beneficios laborales, de Rappi SAC y Moustache Beams SAC
- Realizar los controles laborales como vacaciones, contratos, horas extras.

- Calcular los subsidios.

- Descontar los prestamos y adelantos según lo acordado.

- Calcular el descuento de Impuesto a la Renta de 5ta Categoría.

- Realizar el registro de la macro para el pago en el banco.
- Emitir y enviar las Boletas.
- Realizar las declaraciones correspondientes en el Plame y AFP.

- Realizar el alta y baja del personal en el T- Registro.

- Calcular las liquidaciones de beneficios Laborales.

- Atender las consultas técnicas referentes a sus funciones.

- Gestionar las Órdenes de Compras.
- Otras funciones propias del área.
