As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Facilties Specialist: Garantizar la operación eficiente, segura y sostenible de las tiendas (dark stores), liderando la gestión de mantenimiento, infraestructura, servicios generales y proyectos de mejora.

1. Negociar y mantener las correctas adecuaciones locativas de las DS.
2. Desarrollar un flujo de trabjo que permita a las tiendas una respuesta de sus necesidades en el menor tiempo posible.
3. Velar por la gestión de mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos de los equipos operativos de DS.
4. Gestion del presupuesto para adecuaciones y mantenimientos locativos de las DS de acuerdo a las prioridades establecidas por el equipo de operación.
5. Canalizar en conjunto con el área de procurement la negociación de proveedores de capex , opex, y demás inversiones para la correcta operación de las darkstores.
6. Elaborar y gestionar tableros que permitan eficientizar los servicios y generar ahorros.
7.- Gestion de pagos a proveedores de servicio.
8. Gestion del equipo de Lipieza de tiendas.Stores profitability.
9. Mejorar la venta por M2 negociado.
