The Consolidation Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing the financial consolidation process of Rappi group, ensuring accurate and timely presentation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS and US GAAP). This role will work closely with accounting teams, external and internal auditors, and key stakeholders such as Corporate Finance, FP&A, and Legal, within a fast-paced and high-growth environment.As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process for the group, including multiple legal entities across various geographies.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance of consolidated reports under IFRS.
Coordinate with local accounting teams and shared service centers to receive timely and accurate financial information.
Automate consolidation processes using technological tools (ERP and reporting systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Accountify, etc.).
Manage and resolve intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation adjustments.
Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors regarding consolidated financial statements.
Participate in the onboarding of new entities, mergers, or acquisitions, ensuring proper accounting integration.
Collaborate on financial process improvement projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Big Four is a plus!
5+ years of experience in financial consolidation, corporate accounting, or financial audit, preferably within tech companies, startups, or multinational environments.
Strong knowledge of IFRS & US GAAP.
Hands-on experience with consolidation and reporting tools (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Accountify etc.).
Advanced English (spoken and written), required for working with stakeholders.
Self-starter with a flexible mindset, agile thinking, and strong problem-solving orientation.
