Turbo Category ManagerAs part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
2. Detectar oportunidades de mejoras en la operación en toda la cadena de tiempos y escalar acciones con las áreas correspondientes- Tech/ In-Store operation / Earnings.
3. Coordinar y ser el puente de las diferentes iniciativas Fulfillment-Turbo. Gestionar los impactos de la misma tanto para Turbo como para Rappi.
4. Gestionar la correcta planeación de la necesidad de repartidores para las DarkStores.
5. Trabajar junto con los equipos regionales en mejora continua del indicador de delivery.
6. Gestionar herramientas, seguimientos, control y mejoras a los costos asociados a la operación de delivery (Fake orders, Incentivos, Configuración de ernings).
7. Velar por la integridad de la operación en cuanto a los flujos establecidos para la correcta asignación de órdenes (Prevención de fraudes). Performance trusted.
