We are seeking AI Ops Specialists to design and implement data-driven solutions that accelerate market growth across Latin America. This role combines technical expertise, user-facing collaboration, and end-to-end ownership of analytics workflows. Analysts will work closely with Regional General Managers (RGMs), local market teams, and central functions to ensure insights are translated into practical solutions that drive adoption and measurable impact.
This position requires strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and workflow automation tools (such as N8N), along with the ability to partner with business stakeholders, write product requirement documents (PRDs), and evaluate the success of implemented solutions.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Automation & AI-Driven Insights

  • Build and automate data workflows to generate insights and recommendations of how to move input metrics, and allocate investments to build the flywheel in each zone

  • Ensure robustness and scalability of solutions through observability and evaluation techniques.

• Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work directly with RGMs and business teams to guarantee adoption of tools, and measure the effectiveness of the decision-making process

  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable solutions.

• End-to-End Solution Ownership

  • Define requirements, write PRDs, and develop technical solutions.

  • Conduct user testing, collect feedback, and iterate with strong evaluation of deliverables.

• Hypothesis Testing & Market Analysis

  • Partner with local teams to lead analyses, testing growth hypotheses, investments, and operational improvements at the zone/city level.

  • Provide actionable recommendations to accelerate growth and improve efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and workflow automation tools (e.g., N8N).

• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving ability with experience designing robust evaluation frameworks.

• Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and ensure adoption of insights at the local market level.

• Execution Ownership: End-to-end project management experience, from defining requirements to delivering and iterating solutions.

• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in analytics, strategy, or growth roles, ideally in fast-paced tech environments.
