Plan the logistics capacities of the distribution center and control the associated costs, ensuring efficient use of resources, compliance with logistics KPIs, and proper integration with management tools (WMS and ERP).

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitor the logistics operation of the distribution center to optimize available capacity and resources.
  • Analyze and project the necessary logistics capacities to meet demand, both in transportation and within the distribution center.
  • Control and evaluate the operational costs of the distribution center, identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Manage and improve logistics processes through technological tools such as WMS and ERP.
  • Ensure compliance with the logistics KPIs defined by the company.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Coordinate with other areas (purchasing, supply, transportation) to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions based on logistics management methodologies.
  • Permanent cost control and financial projections of distribution centers.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

  • Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in logistics planning and control in distribution centers within the retail sector.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • SQL knowledge for data analysis and reporting.
    • SQL knowledge for data analysis and reporting.
    • Management of WMS and ERP systems.
    • Logistics capacity planning.
    • Control and optimization of operational costs.
    • Logistics KPIs and data analysis.
    • Advanced Excel and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
