As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Interpretar grandes volúmenes de datos para identificar tendencias, fugas en la retención y oportunidades de mercado.

• Trabajar junto a células de trabajo interdisciplinarias (Producto, Operaciones y Marketing) para ejecutar campañas de alto impacto.

• Gestionar y asignar recursos de manera eficiente, asegurando el mejor ROI en cada iniciativa de crecimiento.

• Presentar resultados y proyecciones a niveles directivos, traduciendo métricas técnicas en decisiones de negocio.

• Buscamos graduados de Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o Economía

• Capacidad avanzada en Excel (indispensable) y deseable conocimiento en SQL o herramientas de visualización (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).

• Capacidad para descomponer problemas complejos en pasos accionables basados en evidencia.

• Obsesión por las métricas.

• No esperar instrucciones, proponer soluciones.
