At Rappi, no two days are the same. We move fast, learn constantly, and make decisions backed by data. We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst with a strong numerical mindset, curiosity for data, and solid SQL foundations to support Growth, CRM, and Marketing teams with analysis and reporting.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with numbers, learning how data drives business decisions, and wants to grow in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
Support data analysis for Growth, CRM, and Marketing initiatives
Build and maintain basic dashboards and recurring reports
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data
Track KPIs and campaign performance metrics
Support experimentation analysis (A/B tests) and measurement
Identify trends and insights from structured datasets
Help document metrics, definitions, and analysis learnings
Work closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to answer business questions
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in analytics, data, or similar roles (internships count)
Strong analytical and numerical mindset
SQL: Basic to Medium (mandatory)
Degree (completed or in progress) in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related fields
High attention to detail and structured thinking
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Comfortable working with data and metrics
Nice to have
Python (plus) for data analysis or automation
Experience with Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, or experimentation
Familiarity with tools like Braze (plus)
English: basic to intermediate
