Plan, implement and successfully control all the projects entrusted to the area, training service desk team and guaranteeing the return on investment under a strict analysis of the information.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:

• Design and implement projects that aim at the transformation of processes,

• Monitoring and control of completed projects,

• Coordination with areas involved in the initiatives in charge,

• Analysis of the main management indicators,

• Preparation of project presentations and procedures,

• Conduct training,

• Propose improvements to the processes associated with the management of requirements that directly or indirectly affect customers, or that affect their execution by service advisors,

• Prepare, implement and monitor action plans and/or proposed initiatives that have an impact on results in the short term, based on the analysis of identified findings.

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?

• Professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related

• Have at least 1 year of experience as an Analyst and/or Continuous Improvement Practitioner

• Having led projects in parallel.

• Desirable knowledge in PowerBI

• Availability to detect opportunities for improvement if required

• Intermediate/Advanced Office
