The Role
Ways you'll make an impact:
- Own prospecting & drive top-of-funnel outreach across a variety of channels
- Build and maintain your sales pipeline on an ongoing basis
- Guide prospects thought the sales funnel and understand their requirements on employee benefits
- Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date account information in the CRM for all contacts
- Develop and test outreach strategies to generate meetings with ideal customer accounts
- Establish and grow strong customer relationships and network leads
How you'll uplevel Regie:
- 1+ years experience in B2B sales, preferably at at tech company
- 2-4 years total professional experience
- Strong understanding of how to conduct outbound prospecting with or without a dedicated territory
- Outgoing people-person, committed to conducting heavy outbound prospecting throughout the evolution of the role
- Experience with Sales engagement tools: Salesforce, Outreach
- Experience prospecting in relevant portals (Apollo, ZoomInfo)
- Experience working in a startup or other fast-paced, 'bootstrap' environment
