We're seeking a skilled Senior Product Designer to lead UX design for our growing product. As our first Product Designer, you'll collaborate with product managers and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly designs. With our product evolving quickly, you'll elevate our UX while balancing business and team needs. This role offers a unique chance to drive data-driven UX improvements and make a significant impact.
Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end ownership of the UX/UI design process, from concept to execution
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience leading the UI/UX of SaaS products in a dynamic early-stage startup environment
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience designing interfaces for B2B products is an advantage
- Proven ability to independently transform ideas from concept to execution
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
- Team player, self-motivated, and a quick learner who can adapt to new challenges easily
