As Sedric’s first Data Analyst in R&D, you will drive the accuracy and performance of our AI-powered solutions. Collaborating with teams across R&D, Technical Account Managers, and Data Operations, you will help us push the boundaries of state-of-the-art LLMs and AI models to deliver exceptional results for our customers in the trading and ARM, BaaS and other domains.

• Develop and Track Models: Using Sedric's models, Compose state-of-the-art LLMs and classifiers to maximize accuracy for detecting and filtering violations in customer data.
• Identify Gaps and Opportunities: Using Analytical tools such as SQL and Python Analyze Sedric’s ongoing performance to uncover improvement opportunities and address model weaknesses.
• Performance Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate accuracy levels and findings to R&D leadership.
• Handoff Findings: Share new insights, best practices, and monitoring strategies with TAMs, CSMs, and Data Operations.
• Catalog Models: Maintain an up-to-date catalog of all AI models, outlining their strengths and limitations in Sedric.
• Support Data Operators: Train and mentor Data Operators in advanced analysis techniques to improve their data handling and insights.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related analytical discipline).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis roles (e.g., Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytical positions).
• Proven experience creating data visualizations and analytical reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis is a plus.
