We're seeking a visionary HR leader who thrives in the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll be the architect of our people strategy as Sedric scales globally, rolling up your sleeves to build systems from the ground up while steering the long-term organizational vision that powers Sedric’s global expansion.
Responsibilities
- Executive Advisory & Strategic Partnership: Serve as the HR voice to the CEO, leadership team, shaping organizational priorities and building people strategies that accelerate growth and enable global expansion
- Organizational Design & HR Infrastructure: Architect scalable HR frameworks, structures, and HR foundations (HRIS, policies, compliance, performance) that support sustainable global growth
- Talent Strategy: Lead our global talent acquisition strategy and amplify Sedric’s strong employer brand to attract and retain world-class talent.
- Culture Leadership: Define, drive, and evolve a cultural foundation that fosters engagement, inclusion, and high performance at scale
- Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment, transparency, and minimal disruption during rapid growth
- Global HR operations: Lead HR operations and compliance across regions, ensuring scalable systems that adapt to local requirements
- Leadership Development & Succession: Create and implement leadership and succession programs to strengthen management capability and ensure long-term organizational depth
Requirements
- 8–10 years of HR leadership experience with a proven track record of driving HR strategy in fast-scaling environments (post-Series A or similar), successfully scaling teams from 50 to 200+ employees and beyond.
- A strategic leader who can translate vision into execution- comfortable driving initiatives from concept to implementation
- Proven experience building and scaling HR organizations in global, fast-scaling organizations
- Strong background in global talent strategy, organizational development, and employer branding with a track record of measurable business impact
- Hands-on approach
- Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing HR teams
- Data-driven leader with strong experience in using people analytics to drive decision-making.
