Admin & Employee Experience Manager
Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel
Description
The operational backbone behind every great Sedric moment — from our Tel Aviv office to our global team.
Sedric is the AI compliance platform for financial services. Our agentic AI automates oversight across customer communications and marketing — real-time guardrails on calls, pre-approval review on every marketing asset, and post-publication monitoring across partners and channels. Because every customer gets a dedicated compliance model, accuracy goes up, false positives go down, and compliance teams move faster without taking on more risk.
We're growing fast, and the seams are starting to show. Our Tel Aviv office is buzzing, our global team is expanding, and the operational infrastructure that holds it all together needs a real owner — not a coordinator, not a part-time fixer. Someone who sees the gap before we fall in it.
This role sits at the intersection of employee experience, office operations, and finance execution. You'll touch almost everything: the office culture people feel on day one, the vendor relationships that keep us running, and the finance tasks that keep us compliant. If you want to be at the center of a scaling company and leave your fingerprints on how it operates — this is it.
This role reports directly to the Global HR Director, collaborates closely with the VP FInance and is based in Tel Aviv, with a hybrid working model. This is a 6 months maternity leave replacement with potential for extension.
What You’ll Do
You own three things: the daily reality of our Tel Aviv office, the quality of our global employee experience, and the operational execution that keeps our Finance team moving. That means you're not waiting for someone to tell you what needs fixing — you see it, own it, and ship it.
- Own and execute global employee experience: onboarding, offboarding, engagement programs, wellbeing initiatives, and company events — on brand, on budget
- Manage the Tel Aviv office end-to-end: day-to-day operations, vendor relationships, sitting arrangements, and anything that makes the office a place people want to be
- Execute Finance operations tasks: invoice processing, vendor management, expense tracking, and cross-functional admin support delegated by the VP Finance
- Coordinate internal communications and team activities that build real culture — not just calendar invites
- Support hiring operations as needed: candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and recruitment logistics
- Identify and close operational gaps before they become problems — proactively, not reactively
Requirements
You're a fit if…
- You bring both the operational range and the people instincts this role demands
- You've owned an Admin Ops role before and you have the receipts — things you built, fixed, or ran that wouldn't have happened without you
- You handle confidential information the way it should be handled: seriously, discreetly, without being asked twice
- Your English and Hebrew are both excellent — written and verbal, no exceptions
- You can run five things in parallel, prioritize without a manager, and still catch the detail that everyone else missed
- You use AI tools to work smarter — not as a gimmick, but as a genuine part of how you get things done
- You initiate. You create the energy in the room, not wait for someone else to start the group chat
- When something is missing, you solve for 'how we can' before you even get to 'why we can't'
- You ship fast on incomplete information and flag the gaps — you don't park a task waiting for perfect conditions
- You give proactive status updates. Nobody has to follow up.
You're probably not a fit if…
- You're looking for a low-intensity role with clear lanes — you'll be in the middle of our operations, all of it
- You're not comfortable initiating social energy or creating engagement moments — that's half the job
- You need full context and clear instructions before you start moving — we move before we have all the answers
- You can't context-switch cleanly or manage your own time across tasks of wildly different scope
- You wait to be followed up with instead of raising your hand when something's stuck or off-track
What Success Looks Like
- Day 30 — Tel Aviv site management is fully owned — vendors are mapped, relationships are established, finance tasks are running, and the first budget cycle is tracked
- Day 60 — First employee experience events are planned and in motion; key FinOps responsibilities are owned independently with minimal hand-holding.
- Day 90 — Proactively identifies at least two operational inefficiencies in the Admin or Finance domain and ships a concrete fix for each.
