We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Product Manager to join our team, focusing on integrations and product interoperability. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our platform seamlessly integrates with third-party products and services while maintaining a high level of interoperability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to drive the development and execution of integration strategies that enhance the value of our platform for our customers.

This is a salaried, exempt position with a salary range of $105,000 - $125,000 annually, in accordance with experience and qualifications. Your contributions to Rival will include:

  • Integration Strategy: Develops and executes a comprehensive integration strategy to enable seamless connectivity between our platform and third-party products and services.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize integration opportunities based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Roadmap Development: Defines and communicates a clear roadmap for integration initiatives, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of integrations, ensuring alignment with product goals and technical requirements.
  • Delivery and Launch: Works with QA to conduct validation of integrations to ensure compatibility, reliability, and performance across different platforms and environments. Works with technical writing to create documentation, guides, and training materials to support internal teams and external partners in implementing and utilizing integrations effectively.
  • User Experience Optimization: Champions user experience considerations throughout the interoperability process, ensuring that client touch points are intuitive, seamless, and enhance overall usability.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitors the performance and usage of products, gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve and optimize the platform experience.
  • Industry Trends: Stays informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape related to integration and interoperability, leveraging insights to drive innovation and differentiation.
