We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager of Sales Development to lead and inspire our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales development, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving growth. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate and qualify leads, manage the SDR team, and collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize the lead generation process.

This is a salaried, exempt position with a base range of $90,000 - $110,000 with an OTE of $120,000 - $140,000 annually, in accordance with experience and qualifications. Your contributions to Rival will include:

Strategy & Execution

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales development strategies to generate and qualify leads.
  • Collaborating with marketing to create and optimize lead generation campaigns.
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to refine processes and strategies for improved results.

Leadership & Management

  • Growing, leading and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Fostering a positive and high-performance team culture through effective communication, coaching, and development.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to SDR team members.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitoring and analyzing SDR performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and team performance to senior leadership.
  • Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company goals.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up processes.
  • Coordinating with product and customer success teams to ensure a deep understanding of product offerings and customer needs.
  • Representing the SDR team in cross-functional meetings and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.

Continuous Improvement

  • Staying current with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to drive innovation in sales development.
  • Identifying and implementing tools, technologies, and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SDR team.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
