Our team is seeking a UI/UX Designer who will play a key role supporting Rival’s dynamic and innovative software solutions. As part of the product design team, this role focuses on redesigning and refining the user interface and improving the user experience of software solutions critical to our users’ daily operations.

Your contributions to Rival will include:

• Leading the end-to-end redesign of the user interface and user experience for one or more of Rival’s established products, simplifying complex processes and enhancing functionality.
• Delivering modern, intuitive, and scalable design solutions that align with product goals.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure design feasibility, alignment with stakeholder needs and product goals, and adherence to development timelines.
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive design system that ensures consistent visuals and interactions across all products, supporting scalability for future updates.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that align with the product vision and improves user workflows.
• Focusing on streamlining user workflows and task automation, ensuring that users can accomplish their goals efficiently.
• Streamlining and improving user experience, ensuring platform remains competitive and user-friendly.
• Overseeing design testing and quality assurance, reviewing product enhancements to ensure a high-quality user experience.
• Reviewing final product enhancements and new capabilities as part of Testing and Quality Assurance process.
• Conducting user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement and ensure design solutions are user-centric.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in simplifying complex systems and workflows through user-centered design and a creative, problem-solving approach.
• Demonstrates passion for transforming complex systems into intuitive, efficient and visually engaging products, balancing user-friendly design with robust functionality to meet user needs.
• Initiative-taker with ability to collaborate and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to focus on small and large details.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects to accomplish product goals.

Required Experience

• 2-4 years’ experience in UI/UX design for enterprise SaaS products.
• Deep understanding of SaaS platforms.
• Experience with product overhauls and/or redesigns is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma and wireframing tools.
• Experience designing user interfaces and improving user experiences for workflow management, task automation, or similar SaaS platforms.
• Solid understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, Javascript) to ensure seamless collaboration with development teams.
