We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our Marketing team! You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate and nurture leads for our products and services. Working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams, you will be a key player in driving pipeline growth and revenue.
This is a salaried, exempt position with a range of $115,000 - $130,000 annually, in accordance with experience and qualifications. Your contributions to Rival will include:
- Developing & executing a multi-channel demand generation strategy to drive demand and generate qualified leads for the sales team, including email, social, virtual events, & direct mail.
- Developing and maintaining nurture programs to build awareness and engagement in market.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify target accounts and creating account-based marketing campaigns.
- Partnering with Marketing and Sales teams to lead and provide direction with consistent messaging that resonates with the audience, increases awareness of value proposition and drives leads.
- Working with Sales team to determine lead scoring criteria and ensure optimal marketing to sales lead handoff.
- Using technology, data and analytics to monitor progress and improve effectiveness of strategy.
- Communicating results and forecasts to relevant stakeholders.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously develop new strategies to increase touchpoints with clients and prospects to optimize conversion rates.
Required Skills

- Proficient with computer software including Salesforce and MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
- Minimum 8 years of multichannel hands-on demand generation experience; B2B and SaaS demand generation experience is required, HR technology experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue results from various demand generation campaigns.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (Pardot and Salesforce is preferred).
- Experience with account-based marketing a plus.
