We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager who will play an integral part in the launch and Go-To-Market (GTM) activity for Rival products. This role owns product communications and collaborates with customers on beta programs, feature adoption and enablement, and to obtain insights that funnel back to Product for roadmap consideration.

This is a salaried, exempt position with a range of $105,000 - $125,000 annually, in accordance with experience and qualifications. Your contributions to Rival will include:

Beta Program Execution

  • Working closely with Product Managers to recruit and coordinate with beta participants, track engagement, and gather feedback, ensuring that findings are documented and funneled back to Product for build/roadmap consideration.
  • Helping inform messaging based on beta findings.

Customer Marketing & Intel

  • Owning customer product communications, working with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure timely and consistent messaging.
  • Gathering customer product sentiment through surveys, product data, and feedback follow up.
  • Advising on trends and specifics from customer insights.

GTM Execution

  • Assisting in launching new product updates by supporting content rollout and internal enablement.
  • Representing the Voice of the Customer in messaging development and launch planning.

Feature Adoption & Enablement

  • Tracking feature adoption metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Supporting targeted adoption and enablement efforts to increase product usage.
  • Supporting sales enablement efforts by assisting with material updates (battle cards, pitch decks, use case content, FAQs, etc.).
  • Participating in the development, maintenance and presentation of product demos.

Required Skills

  • Continuous learner who is technically savvy.
  • Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven understanding of product design and development processes.
  • Ability to translate client needs to product features and enhanced user experience.
  • Expert-level knowledge for assigned products and strong understanding of related HR business processes.
  • Ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations and guide interactions that foster connection and enhance their experience and satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated comfort leading effective client presentations.
  • Proficient with computer software including Salesforce and MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Product Marketing Manager or as a customer-focused Product Manager, preferably in an Enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Background in Human Resources business processes and software, with strong understanding of how to translate processes to product features and user experience is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
