We are looking for a highly organized, collaborative, and proactive marketing technologist to be the technical backbone of Rival’s marketing function. The Marketing Technology Senior Manager will own our marketing tech stack, oversee digital infrastructure, and serve as the strategic lead with external web agencies to ensure delivery, performance, and results. This role requires a knowledge of marketing operations, digital marketing strategy, and website management. Applicants must thrive on problem-solving, take initiative, and bring strong project management discipline to both internal and external partnerships.
Your contributions to Rival will include:
Marketing Operations
- Owning and optimizing the marketing tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Developing performance dashboards and reporting for marketing KPIs across campaigns, channels, and funnel stages.
- Collaborating with Sales Operations to ensure CRM data alignment for reliable attribution.
- Identifying, evaluating, and implementing new marketing tools that improve marketing performance and scalability.
- Standardizing campaign processes, ensuring compliance with brand, data, and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM.)
Website Management & Digital Strategy
- Leading the performance, UX, and conversion optimization of the company website (built on WordPress), in partnership with external agencies.
- Owning the SEO and SRO strategy, ensuring content is optimized and aligned with current best practices.
- Proactively identifying and driving site enhancements and testing initiatives to improve visitor engagement and lead conversion.
- Monitoring site health, accessibility, performance, and analytics—and reporting regularly on opportunities and progress.
Agency & Vendor Management
- Serving as the point of contact with web development agencies and digital partners.
- Defining scopes of work, managing project timelines, and ensuring accountability for deliverables.
- Reviewing and approving creative, design, and technical work to ensure quality standards are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Own vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and performance reviews.

Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, website management, or a related digital marketing role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field - or equivalent work experience.
- Deep experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and digital analytics (Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and HubSpot experience preferred).
- Proven experience managing a corporate website in a WordPress environment.
- Experience collaborating with external web design, development and digital agencies to deliver on marketing strategies.
- HTML/CSS knowledge required.
This is a salaried, exempt position with a range of $115,000 - $130,000 annually, in accordance with experience and qualifications.
