If you would like to work alongside former Executives and Leaders from companies like Salesforce, Google, Twilio, and Oracle.</span> </p> <p> <span style="font-weight:400;">Come join us!</span> </p> <p></p> <p> <strong>Role Overview:</strong> </p> <p> <span style="font-weight:400;">The Head of Sales and Marketing Operations will be responsible for bringing sales and marketing together to achieve our desired business outcomes.</span> </p> <p> <span style="font-weight:400;">The Head of Sales and Marketing Operations is a member of Skyflow’s leadership team and serves as the primary strategic advisor on all GTM activities. This person assists the Sales and Marketing departments in driving sales growth, developing growth strategies, and ensuring that these strategies are adopted at all levels of the organization. This individual will design and execute a team vision for operations-as-a-service, shared across all geographies and functional commercial groups at Skyflow. This leader is responsible for laying the foundations to accelerate revenue growth immediately. In conjunction, you will plan and construct a future operations team with multiple roles to support and maintain the critical functional spheres outlined.</span> </p> <p> <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Lead the Sales and Marketing Operations department, including the implementation of Systems and Tools, Enablement, Deal Desk, Contract Approvals and Data Analysis in partnership with the CRO and Head of Marketing</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Own the marketing operations roadmap, ensuring tools and technology are evaluated, selected, implemented and customized to meet the needs of the marketing and revenue functions</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Build a revenue-based staffing plan and proposed hiring timetable aligned with Skyflow’s growth plan, articulating headcount and milestones for hiring GTM talent</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Design, administer, document, and distribute compensation plans for Sales and Solutions Engineering in conjunction with Sales Management and People Operations.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Responsible for GTM analytics, tracking, effectiveness, and performance</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Create end-to-end data funnels and simplify how data is collected and reported within the organization</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Define, manage, and provide insights on key performance indicators across a range of segments and go-to-market teams, globally</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute operational improvements across the organization</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Develop methodologies and measurements for major steps in the sales process including lead scoring, routing, qualification, sales process, onboarding, and renewals.</span></li> </ul> <p> <strong>Benefits:</strong> </p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Work from home expense (U.S., Canada, and Australia)</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Excellent Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Options (Varies by Country)</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Vanguard 401k</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Very generous PTO</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Flexible Hours</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Generous Equity</span></li> </ul> <p> <span style="font-weight:400;">At Skyflow, we believe that diverse teams are the strongest teams.
