About Tennr:

Today, when you go to your doctor and need to be referred to a specialist (e.g., for sleep apnea), your doctor sends a fax (yes, in 2024, 90% of provider-provider communication is a 1980s fax). These are often converted into 20+ page PDFs, with handwritten (doctor’s handwriting!) notes, in thousands of different formats. The problem is so complex that a person has to read it, type it up, and manually enter your information. Tennr built RaeLLM™ (7B—trained on 3M+ documents) to read these docs, talk to your doc to ensure nothing is missed, and text you to help schedule your appointment so you can get better, faster.

Tennr is a NYC-based tech company that launched out of Y-Combinator and is backed by Andreesen Horowitz, Foundation Capital, The New Normal Fund, and other top investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with our customers by fostering open communication and understanding their business objectives, and guiding them through change management processes.

  • Project manage and lead workflow deliveries from initiation to go-live, overseeing planning, organization, and management of all aspects of deliveries, including process optimization, quality control, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and timeline management.

  • Ensure alignment of workflow delivery design with client KPIs and objectives, driving desired outcomes and maximizing operational efficiencies.

  • Collaborate directly with the solutions architect team to analyze, plan, and document project requirements, standards, and schedules to ensure project success.

  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, providing consistent updates on project statuses, milestones, and issues to ensure alignment and manage expectations.

  • Ensure all project knowledge is properly documented and readily accessible to both internal teams and clients, promoting smooth collaboration and continuity across engagements.

  • Develop and lead end user training programs, providing detailed onboarding materials to support seamless adoption of Tennr platform and workflow deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS experience in technical customer success, implementation management, project management or a consulting role with a focus on software implementation and onboarding.

  • Proven experience in a digital consulting, technical implementation, or business strategist position.

  • Strong project management skills to keep projects on track and manage complex workflows.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong client-facing and presentation abilities.

  • Positive, empathetic, and energetic attitude, with the ability to build credibility with executives.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a start-up environment with a strong sense of urgency and accountability

  • PMP certification, Lean Six Sigma, and/or MBA encouraged but not required
