About Tennr:

Today, when you go to your doctor and need to be referred to a specialist (e.g., for sleep apnea), your doctor sends a fax (yes, in 2024, 90% of provider-provider communication is a 1980s fax). These are often converted into 20+ page PDFs, with handwritten (doctor’s handwriting!) notes, in thousands of different formats. The problem is so complex that a person has to read it, type it up, and manually enter your information. Job Overview:

As a SDR at Tennr, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, playing a key role in generating new business leads and opportunities. Your focus will be on creating a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the Healthcare and Insurance industries, utilizing your excellent communication skills and knowledge of our AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients in the Healthcare and Insurance sectors, through calls, emails, and social media channels.

  • Qualify leads, understanding their needs and determining how Tennr's solutions can address their challenges.

  • Schedule meetings and demonstrations between potential clients and our sales team.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies.

  • Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.

  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of the Healthcare and Insurance industries is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex technological concepts.

  • Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
