Company Description
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist (e.g., for sleep apnea), your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often specialists and medical services are overwhelmed with referrals and the painstakingly manual process it takes to qualify your referral prevents them from getting around to it on time, or sometimes at all. Tennr prevents these delays and denials by making sure every referral gets where it needs to go, with the right info, at the right time. Powered by RaeLM™ Tennr reads, extracts, and acts on every piece of patient information so providers can capture more referrals, slash denials, and reduce delays.
Role Description
Tennr is hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and connect exceptional talent across Product, Engineering, and/or Go-To-Market teams. You’ll build the pipelines that power our growth by leading searches, developing sourcing strategies, and bringing forward the insights that help us hire smarter.

Conduct initial screens to evaluate technical alignment, role fit, and motivation
Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to align on search priorities, role calibrations, and evolving hiring needs
Deliver market insights including talent availability, competitor mapping, and compensation trends to guide search strategy
Track and report sourcing performance metrics to drive pipeline visibility and continuous improvement
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Collaborate on employer branding initiatives such as events, campaigns, and referral engagement
Contribute to the evolution of Tennr’s sourcing playbook by documenting learnings, improving workflows, and sharing best practices
