Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Installation, integration and deployment of Physical Identity & Access Management (PIAM) product in client environments
• Working with customers in pre and post-implementation on user testing, debugging, support and environment maintenance
• Communicating to customers and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level
• Customer demo walk throughs and testing of out-of-box functionality
• Requirements gathering, scoping, analysis and documentation
• Partnering with the customer Project Manager on scope, schedule, status and documentation
• Developing and delivering technical training designed to enable/educate the customer’s PIAM team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator, including 2+ years of enterprise software implementation experience
• Experience in software development, implementation and configuration
• Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with customers and partners
• Experience with some of the following:
  • REST, SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML
  • Windows and RedHat Linux platforms
  • Databases (Oracle, MSSQL)
  • Directories (LDAP, AD)
  • Enterprise systems (SAP, Workday) a plus
  • Physical Security and Physical Access Control systems (Lenel, CCure, AMAG, Genetec, etc.) a plus
  • React, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, Python
