The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, sorting, annotating, and managing construction-related documents. This role plays a key part in ensuring that documentation is clear, accessible, and accurately maintained for project teams.</p> <p><strong><em>Key Functions of This Role:&nbsp;</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Organize and maintain large volumes of project documentation, including drawings, plans, and reports</li> <li>Annotate construction drawings</li> <li>Ensure version control and document traceability across all stages of the project</li> <li>Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure documentation needs are met</li> <li>Review incoming and outgoing documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting</li> <li>Maintain filing systems in accordance with company standards</li> <li>Ensure compliance with documentation standards and protocols</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Education and Experience Required:</em></strong><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering/Architecture.</li> <li>Fresh to 4 years of relevant professional experience required.</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:&nbsp;</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with Figma.</li> <li>Experience with documentation control platforms such as Aconex, Asite, Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar platforms is a plus.</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li> <li>Good understanding of construction drawings and technical documents.</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Culture:</em></strong></p> <p>We're very proud of our people and the close-knit family culture we've built across London, Sarajevo and Islamabad offices.
