What we are looking for a strong A player to join the team: Assist the sales team in the qualification of customer needs and conduct needs analysis prior to demo; Product Demonstration; Understand the prospect’s requirements and work with the sales team to write solutions; Create necessary documentation, presentations, and product demonstrations that help educate the customers; Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Pilot engagements with prospects; Helping the sales team in responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents; Supporting events – webinars/conferences/shows. Qualifications and Education Requirements: 10 years of strong Pre-sales or Solution Engineering experience; Experience or exposure to DevOps; Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills; Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities; Bachelor’s degree required.
