What we are looking for a strong A player to join the team:- Assist the sales team in the qualification of customer needs and conduct needs analysis prior to demo- Product Demonstration- Understand the prospect’s requirements and work with the sales team to write solutions- Create necessary documentation, presentations, and product demonstrations that help educate the customers- Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Pilot engagements with prospects- Helping the sales team in responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents- Supporting events – webinars/conferences/showsQualifications and Education Requirements:- 10 years of strong Pre-sales or Solution Engineering experience- Experience or exposure to DevOps- Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills- Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities- Bachelor’s degree required.
