El analista de operaciones desempeña un papel crucial en la operación de Supermercados mediante el análisis de tendencias, el monitoreo de KPIs y la optimización de los procesos de entrega. Implica colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para optimizar flujos, agilizar la logística y mejorar la satisfacción del cliente.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Recolectar, organizar y analizar datos relacionados a operaciones como volumen de órdenes, tiempos de entrega y otros indicadores.

• Monitorear y dar seguimiento a métricas clave para evaluar el desempeño de la operación.

• Identificar oportunidades de mejora y desarrollar reportes, dashboards y presentaciones para comunicar de forma clara y concisa hallazgos y plan de acción.

• Colaborar con otros equipos, incluyendo gerentes de tienda, repartidores y equipos de soporte, para desarrollar e implementar iniciativas de mejora.

• Identificar oportunidades para mejorar la precisión de los pronósticos de stock y la rotación de inventario en las tiendas.

• Analizar feedback, calificaciones y reseñas de clientes para identificar oportunidades de mejora en la experiencia y satisfacción del cliente.
